Dispatch timeframe

Snow Cream is prepared in small batches.

This product is currently available as a pre-order.
Orders will be dispatched once the batch is complete.

As this batch progresses, all customers will receive email updates with:
• estimated dispatch timing
• tracking details once shipped

This approach allows Snow to remain small, fresh and human - not mass-produced.
 

Local pickup

Local pickup options may be added later for WA customers.

If this becomes available, all existing customers will be notified by email with instructions.
At checkout, please select shipping unless advised otherwise.
 

International shipping

• Standard International: $24.95
• Express International: $34.95

Customs or import duties may apply depending on your location.
These charges are not included in your order and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking is provided once your order has been dispatched.
We cannot control customs processing times but will assist with tracking enquiries where possible.

• If your order arrives damaged, please email photos within 7 days so we can arrange a replacement
• Once shipped, Snow Skin Lab is not responsible for transit delays, but we will always help where we can
