By purchasing from Snow Skin, you agree to the following:

Snow Cream is handmade in small batches using natural ingredients. Variations in texture, colour or scent may occur. Minor separation is normal in natural creams and can be re-combined with a gentle stir.

All information on this site is provided for general use only and is not medical advice. Snow Skin does not claim to diagnose, treat or cure skin conditions. Individual results vary.

We strongly recommend patch-testing before full application. Natural ingredients may still cause reactions. Snow Skin is not liable for allergic responses, irritation or sensitivities - discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

For hygiene reasons, refunds are not available for opened skincare products or for reactions/sensitivity. Returns are accepted only where products arrive damaged or incorrect, and must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.

International orders may attract customs/import duties. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot refund packages delayed, held or returned by customs.

Orders placed during launch phase will ship between 12–16 December 2025. Once dispatched, delivery times are outside our control. Lost/damaged parcels must be reported for carrier investigation.
